FixCatch, operated by Innero Project Management Services LLC, provides website audit and fix services. By purchasing through our site you agree to these terms.

Payment

All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Ziina. Payment confirms your order; delivery timelines are communicated after payment.

Delivery

Fixes are delivered based on the scope described in your offer. We will share a written summary of changes made. If access to your site is needed, we will coordinate via email or WhatsApp.

Refunds

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
